What We Deliver in Dubai

AWS services we deploy, migrate & operate.

Containers, CI/CD, migration, managed operations, and cost optimization, delivered on the AWS UAE region for Dubai teams.

Why HAZERCLOUD For Dubai

Three reasons Dubai teams work with us.

01, GCC COMPLIANCE DEPTH

UAE PDPL, DIFC and ADGM are not one rulebook.

Most generalist partners treat the UAE as a single regime. The financial free zones run their own data protection law, which changes transfer, records, and breach handling. We publish our working detail on DIFC and ADGM and GCC data residency rather than improvising it on the call.

02, SAME WORKING DAY

The UAE is 1.5 hours behind Indian time.

That is a near-identical working day, not a handful of overlapping hours. Standups, incident calls, and change windows happen live rather than by overnight ticket. It is the single biggest practical difference between a Gulf-facing India partner and a US or European one.

03, TIER AND CERTIFICATION

Advanced Tier partner, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified.

AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner status is verifiable in the AWS Partner Solutions Finder, and both ISO certificates are available on our trust page. You can check all three before you talk to us, which is the point.

Managed Services

Someone is awake when Dubai production breaks.

Managed AWS operations for Dubai businesses that need production watched rather than checked on. Monitoring, incident response, patching, backup verification, and cost reporting, under SLA.

What managed services covers

24/7
Monitoring
CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and log pipelines tuned to your workload rather than a default template
Incident Response
24/7 first response under SLA, documented escalation path, founder reachable on escalation
Patching & Maintenance
OS and runtime patching on an agreed change window, with rollback planned before the change
Backup & Restore
Backups verified by actually restoring them, not by confirming the job returned success
Cost Reporting
Monthly spend and capacity review, with right-sizing and commitment recommendations
Named Engineer
An engineer who knows your environment, not a rotating queue starting from zero each time

UAE Data Residency & Compliance

The part most Dubai partners hand-wave.

Where UAE data lives, which regime applies to it, and how you prove both. This is the work that separates a real GCC engagement from a generic AWS build, and it is where we spend our time.

me-central-1
AWS Middle East (UAE) Region
Three Availability Zones inside the UAE. The default home for Dubai workloads that must stay in-country, with service control policies to stop resources appearing in unapproved regions.
UAE PDPL
Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
The federal personal data regime. We build the controls it leans on: residency, encryption, least-privilege IAM, audit logging, retention and deletion, and incident runbooks. Your counsel sets the legal position.
DIFC
Dubai International Financial Centre
A separate jurisdiction with its own data protection law, not the federal PDPL. If you are DIFC-licensed, transfer and breach obligations differ, and the architecture should reflect that from the start.
ADGM
Abu Dhabi Global Market
The other UAE financial free zone, again with its own regime. Firms operating across DIFC, ADGM, and onshore need an environment that can evidence each position separately.
Industries We Serve in Dubai

AWS expertise across dubai verticals.

From DIFC-licensed financial firms to regional SaaS and logistics platforms, the compliance and performance requirements differ by sector.

How To Choose

Choosing an AWS partner in Dubai.

Four checks that are worth running on any partner you are considering, including us. All four are things you can verify yourself before a single call.

The four checks

VERIFY
01 · Verify the tier
Partner tier is public. Look the firm up in the AWS Partner Solutions Finder instead of taking a logo on a website at face value. Tier reflects certified staff and delivered work.
02 · Ask for numbers
Ask for case studies with figures in them: percentage cost reduction, migration downtime, incident response times. A case study with no numbers is a brochure.
03 · Check the certificates
Ask to see the actual ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certificates, including scope and expiry. Ours are on our trust page. Scope matters as much as the badge.
04 · Ask who does the work
Find out whether the engineers in the pitch are the engineers on the engagement, and whether the work is subcontracted onward. Ask for names and certifications.

HAZERCLOUD
Why HAZERCLOUD For Dubai Delivery

AWS Advanced Tier engineering, without Dubai agency rates.

Dubai-headquartered consultancies price for a Dubai cost base. We deliver the same AWS Advanced Tier engineering from India, on a working day that runs almost in parallel with yours, with GCC compliance depth that generalist shops do not carry. Containers, CI/CD, migration, 24/7 managed operations, cost optimization, and architecture that holds up to a UAE PDPL, DIFC, or ADGM conversation. ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, founder-led on every engagement.

Honest acknowledgement: We are not a Dubai-headquartered partner and we do not claim a local office. Delivery runs from our Kerala, India base on a near-identical working day, and we arrange on-site visits to Dubai when an engagement genuinely needs people in the room. We already work with clients elsewhere in the Gulf. Our market here is Dubai and UAE commercial teams that want verifiable AWS engineering and GCC compliance depth, and care more about that than about a local street address.
Frequently Asked Questions

AWS in Dubai, common questions.

No. We are honest about this: HAZERCLOUD is headquartered in Kerala, India, and we do not run a Dubai office. Delivery is remote, on a working day that runs almost in parallel with yours, since the UAE is only 1.5 hours behind Indian time. For engagements that genuinely need people in the room, such as a kickoff workshop or an audit walkthrough, we arrange on-site visits to Dubai on request. What you get either way is AWS Advanced Tier engineering, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified delivery, and the founder involved in the engagement.
me-central-1, the AWS Middle East (UAE) Region, is the default for most Dubai workloads. It runs three Availability Zones and keeps data inside the UAE, which matters when your contracts or regulator expect in-country residency. me-south-1 (Bahrain) is the other GCC region and is often used for a second site or for workloads that predate the UAE region. eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) still appears in Gulf architectures for services not yet available locally. We map service availability against your actual workload before recommending a region.
We build and document the infrastructure controls that a UAE PDPL programme depends on: data residency in me-central-1, encryption at rest and in transit, IAM least privilege, audit logging, retention and deletion workflows, and incident response runbooks. We are engineers, not a law firm, so we do not give legal opinions on PDPL and we do not certify compliance. Your counsel or advisor sets the legal position and we make the AWS environment match it, with evidence an assessor can review.
Yes. Our CloudOps practice covers 24/7 monitoring and incident response with a documented escalation path and 24/7 first response under SLA, so a 3am incident in Dubai is picked up rather than queued until morning. That includes patching, backup and restore verification, cost and capacity reporting, and a named engineer who knows your environment. Full detail is on our CloudOps page.
The AWS Migration Acceleration Program lets AWS co-fund qualifying migrations through credits and partner-delivery funding. HAZERCLOUD is MAP-eligible as an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, and we scope the funding request as part of the assessment rather than treating it as an afterthought. Whether a specific workload qualifies is AWS's decision, not ours, and it depends on the size and shape of the migration. We will tell you early if we think it does not qualify.
It depends on scope, but the honest short answer is that delivery from India costs materially less than a Dubai-headquartered consultancy for the same AWS Advanced Tier engineering. We publish our thinking on how DevOps and cloud engagements are priced, including what drives cost up or down, in our DevOps cost guide. For anything specific, a 30 minute call gets you a real number rather than a range.
Yes. DIFC and ADGM sit outside the federal PDPL regime and run their own data protection regimes, which changes how you handle transfers, records, and breach notification. That distinction drives real architecture decisions, so we treat it explicitly rather than assuming one UAE rulebook. Our DIFC and ADGM page covers how we structure AWS environments for firms in the financial free zones.
By keeping the data where your obligations require it and proving it. That usually means primary workloads in me-central-1, service control policies that block resource creation in unapproved regions, encryption with keys you control, and logging that shows where data actually lives. Cross-border transfer is a legal question before it is a technical one, so we design to whatever position your advisors set. Our GCC data residency page goes into the detail.
