Our recruitment process

Once you've submitted your application through our system, your journey through the HAZERCLOUD recruitment process begins. Our standard process involves a minimum of two rounds of interaction with us. This gives you the opportunity to connect with at least two team members, providing insights into our people and culture. Only after these rounds will we extend an employment offer. Typically, the process unfolds as follows:

1.  Introduction

If we think you could be a good fit for our team, we’ll ask you to come in for an interview. At this point, you’ll meet either our CEO Tuomas or COO Erno for a quick introduction and getting to know each other.

2.   Cultural round

In this round, you’ll learn more about Hazercloud as a workplace, our culture and how we operate. You’ll get to ask any questions you’d like, and we’ll get the chance to know you better. You’ll meet two people from our Squad.

3.   Technical round

Here the goal is to understand your technical competence. We’re not looking for wizards that know it all – with a good core knowledge, learning the necessary skills is easy. As in the cultural round, you’ll meet two people from our Squad.

4.   Offer

So you’ve aced all the rounds! If there’s a mutual feeling that Hazercloud and you are a good match, we’re ready to discuss a job offer. How cool.
